From June 15 to September 10, it is recommended to bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, and a hat – the days are sunny and warm. If you’re joining a trip before mid-June or after early September, we suggest bringing a light windbreaker or long-sleeved top, especially for afternoon trips or in case of cloudy weather.
What is the cancellation policy?
If the customer cancels the booking 8 or more days prior to the cruise, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations made 1–7 days before the cruise, the deposit is non-refundable.
Fish&Chill Private Cruises reserves the right to cancel the cruise due to technical issues or safety concerns. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
What deposit is required and when is the remaining amount paid?
To confirm your reservation, a 20% prepayment is required. The remaining balance is paid at the departure point, before boarding the boat.
What happens in case of bad weather?
In case of bad weather or other necessary changes, you will be informed promptly and we will make the required adjustments to ensure passenger safety. The available options are:
- The cruise is rescheduled to another date.
- The departure and return point may change, based on mutual agreement.
- Alternatively, Fish&Chill Private Cruises will refund the deposit.
What are the safety measurements?
Your safety is our top priority. Each boat is fully equipped with all necessary safety equipment, including GPS, depth sounder, life-saving gear, first aid kit, floating anchor, and a backup engine or twin-engine system.
Is fuel included in the final price?
